The Annual EASTER egg HuNt!!

This time every year for years we are invited to a families tradition which is also ours now annual egg hunt at thier farm. There are 13,000 eggs spread all over the fields. There is a hand full of people because it is exclusive which means more eggs to pick up and put in our garbage bags. The eggs are filled with candy, toys, seeds to plant, and bunny money which is later used to buy things at the bunny store or use at the auction. It is a ALOT of work for this family and I'm extremely greatful we are invited to spend this time with such sweet amazing hard working people. This year was crazy because at my house there was about an inch and a half of SNOW yes sno in april I know crazy. I bundled up the kiddos and my family and headed off to the farm. Suprizingly no snow just buckets of mud and rain. Which was actually really fun although I was running after loads of eggs slipping and doing the splits multiple times it was a blast. We were bundled nice so none of us were cold. You can see in some of the pictures you can see our breathe because it it is so cold outside. The boys loved looking at the animals and petting them cows, sheep ,horses, dogs;) If you carefully look you can see in the fields there are eggs scatered everywhere. Beware it is picture overload but I had fun taking them.

Prizes for people guessing how much candy were in the 12 jars or candy for each one was different.
