Toddlers

A one-year-old son is so many things, a tiny discoverer of many things, a hugger of mommy,a sweet sleepy head, and someone to dream for in bright years ahead… A special new person who, right from the start, has a place in the family and, of course, in your heart. And, just when you think that you’ve learned all the things that your dear son is and the joy that he brings, a hug or a grin comes with such sweet surprise that love finds you smiling with tears in your eyes!

You know your a mother of a toddler when:

Your toddler throws wicked tantrums, screaming and making silly angry faces. It is so hard not to laugh at them and ignore his wonderful acting to try and get what he wants even if its dangerous. But I know he wouldn't be so hurt and angry if he didn't trust me so deeply and love me.

Your toddler runs to you for comfort when he falls down or feels sad. Kids this age may not truly understand the meaning of "I love you," but their actions speak louder than words. It is so sweet when he gets hurt to have him be crawling to me as fast as he can knowing that I will comfort him and cuddle his blues away.

Your toddler trys feeding himself with spoons and trys new finger foods in many ways even if that means sticking it up you nose to make sure that dosn't go in that hole, it isn't quite as pleasent.

Your Toddler is trying is hardest to stand by him self for long periods of time and looking for things that roll to help asist him with learning to walk.

Your toddler is learning new words to express himself, sev says "that" and mama and dad also Na Na means food

Your toddler finds new and interesting moves while dancing to the music that you yourself find doing this awsome moves while in the car or listening to music.

Your toddler gets into every thing possible making you run around cleaning one thing after another the pulling out rags in the kitchen or tupperware, toys, clean folded laundy half put away the dog food all over the kitchen floor to name a few. Me frantcly trying to clean up the mess before he reaches the next discovery.

But in the end I love having a toddler to come give me the sweetest hugs and slobbery kisses, the on going funny things he does and the endless love and compation they have for you. The inosence and sparkle in their eyes looking to you for direction.
